Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating property sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing personalized guidance throughout the property buying process. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting property options, managing client inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions. The position also entails collaborating with developers, assisting clients with financing, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Sales, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Market Research, Property Analysis, and Presentation
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for client interactions
- Organizational skills, Time Management, and Attention to Detail
- Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Banking/Loan Processes
- Problem-solving skills to address client needs and queries effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory
