Job Role: Sales Executive
Job Location: Surat - PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents
- Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor and improve agent productivity and performance
- Conduct regular training, field support, and motivational sessions for agents
- Build strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term engagement and retention
- Identify local market opportunities and implement growth strategies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth business operations
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales / agency channel / BFSI sales
- Prior experience in Life Insurance (Agency Channel) is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in team handling / agent recruitment
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a field sales environment
