Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for a full-time on-site position in our Gurugram office. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with other departments to align on client needs and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Processes, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical and Research Skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and understanding of digital tools for sales and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales roles is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
