Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include creating sales proposals, delivering presentations, maintaining a strong understanding of Techsperia's offerings, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies. Additionally, the Sales Executive will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
We are looking for a Sales Executive — someone who is hungry, confident on the phone, and not afraid of rejection. You will be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing new clients for Techsperia's products.
This is not a support role or an account management role. This is pure sales — prospecting, cold calling, site visits, demos, and closing. If you enjoy the thrill of turning a cold call into a signed contract, this role is for you.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Understanding of technology solutions such as SaaS, eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and AI-driven tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and strategically approach potential clients
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience in the technology or software development industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
