We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Gym) – Rethink Fitness
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience Required: 2–4 years (Gym/Fitness Industry Preferred)

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into memberships
- Conduct gym tours and explain services, packages, and benefits
- Follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain and update lead database and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with members to ensure retention and referrals
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth onboarding of clients
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and campaigns
🔹 Requirements:
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the gym/fitness industry
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of fitness services and packages
