Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, website, and referrals.
- Contact new leads promptly and qualify their requirements.
- Explain photography and videography packages to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and customized packages.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients until closure.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation for a smooth client handover.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
- Submit weekly sales reports.
