Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving individual sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, driving conversions, and supporting store-level sales objectives. The role focuses on customer engagement, product presentation, data accuracy, and relationship building in line with TDF Diamonds and Gold’s service standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and savings scheme targets.
- Convert walk-in customers into sales through effective product presentation and consultative selling.
- Support store sales plans and assist in the execution of promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate jewellery solutions.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Assist in identifying and converting bridal and non-fixed bridal customers.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and long-term relationship building.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and existing customer databases.
- Conduct timely follow-ups as guided to improve conversion and retention.
- Ensure accurate collection and timely updating of customer information in designated TDF systems.
- Support senior team members in maintaining sales and customer engagement records.
- Participate in product, process, and sales training programs.
- Support senior staff during high-value or complex sales situations when required.
- Deliver consistent brand-aligned service with professionalism and transparency.
- Encourage customers to share feedback, testimonials, and reviews post-purchase.
- Contribute positively to the store environment and team culture.
