Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, promoting Tata Capital’s financial products and services, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. The role will also involve meeting sales targets, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management and the ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Good understanding of financial products, with experience in commercial finance, consumer loans, or similar industries
- Ability to perform market analysis and develop sales strategies to capture growth opportunities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous professional experience in financial services or sales is an advantage
