This is a full-time, Sales Executive role. The Sales Executive will focus on driving growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, prospecting leads, presenting solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the consistent delivery of the best solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
- Market Research and Lead Generation expertise
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Strategic Thinking and Goal-Oriented Mindset
- Experience in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales databases
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in a technology or recruitment-focused company is a plus
