Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing client support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful business outcomes. The role also involves uncovering new business avenues, conducting market analysis, and staying updated on travel and event trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals effectively.
- Well-versed in event planning, corporate travel, and MICE management, along with knowledge of travel-related services like visa processes and ticket booking.
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify and seize opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to achieve business goals.
- Working experience in the travel and events industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline is preferred.
