Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive-Spare Parts to manage spare parts sales and after-sales service coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth warranty and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage spare parts sales for laundry machines to clients ( Hotels, Hospital, Railways etc)
•Handle after-sales service coordination with clients and internal teams.
•Maintain and update stock records & inventory management.
• Coordinate with service engineers for parts requirements.
•Manage warranty claims and documentations.
•Ensure timely order processing,dispatch and follow-ups.
•Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their queries.
•Prepare reports related to spare parts sales and stock movement.
