Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Haridwar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will manage customer accounts, provide product presentations, negotiate sales contracts, and monitor market trends to ensure business growth and client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales strategies with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and customer management tools
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with adhesive products or experience in supporting industries such as automotive, furniture, or manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to meet customers
