Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of solar generator products. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solar power solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar generator systems
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for seamless project execution
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and renewable energy developments
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–5 years of sales experience (preferably in solar, electrical equipment, batteries, or energy solutions)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in solar generators, inverters, lithium batteries, or renewable energy products
- Knowledge of solar system sizing and basic technical concepts
- Existing network in industries such as construction, telecom, retail, or hospitality
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Number of new customers acquired
- Conversion rate of leads to sales
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business
