We are seeking a results-driven Freight Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced in managing freight from booking to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Source and onboard reliable carriers
• Provide competitive freight quotes and book shipments
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers
• Track loads and provide real-time updates to customers
• Maintain accurate records and stay informed on market trends
Requirements:
• 2+ years of freight brokerage experience
• Established book of business preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
