Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to generate leads and acquire new clients from SMEs in Nagpur and Butibori industrial areas. The role involves direct field visits, relationship building, and introducing businesses to our sales growth consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field visits to SMEs, factories, and industrial units in Nagpur & Butibori
- Identify and generate qualified leads for business consulting services
- Pitch company services and explain value propositions to business owners/decision-makers
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior consultants
- Build and maintain a strong local business network
- Track daily visits, leads, and conversions in CRM or reporting system
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Stay updated on SME challenges and market trends in the industrial sector
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales / lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in approaching business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Good understanding of SMEs and industrial businesses (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
