Sales Executive – Field Sales & Distribution Hiring for a Pump Manufacturing Client | Full-Time | Field Role
About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a client in the industrial/pump manufacturing sector for a driven and field-oriented Sales Executive. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role suited to someone who thrives in dealer networks, loves building markets, and is comfortable with extensive travel across their assigned territory.
What You Will Do
- Achieve area-wise sales targets for pump business revenue within your assigned region
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers to expand the distribution network
- Drive and track sales revenue from newly appointed dealer markets
- Plan and execute promotional and branding activities to strengthen market presence
- Conduct regular market surveys and provide competitive intelligence to the team
- Manage client and dealer relationships using CRM tools and ensure consistent follow-through
- Collaborate with the team leader and manager on sales planning and product positioning
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications Any Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed institution, or 3 or more years of relevant experience in the same or a similar industry role.
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing within the same industry, preferably with exposure to dealer development or distribution management.
Age 25 to 40 years.
Travel Commitment Willingness to travel a minimum of 18 days per month is essential for this role.

- Strong product knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes
