Expanding our product portfolio, we have developed a Smart Society Management ERP designed to simplify residential society operations including maintenance billing, visitor management, accounting, and communication.
We are now actively scaling this product and looking for a Sales Executive focused on selling our Society ERP solution to apartments, gated communities, RWAs, and builders.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive – ERP Product Sales. The primary responsibility is to sell our Society Management ERP to residential societies and real estate stakeholders.
You will:
- Identify and connect with RWAs, society committees, builders, and property managers
- Present and demo our Society ERP application
- Generate leads via field visits, LinkedIn, and local networking
- Convert prospects into paying customers
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather customer feedback to improve product features
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B SaaS sales for Society ERP
- Conduct product demos (online/offline)
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead → demo → closure)
- Work on local area penetration (societies & apartments)
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
Qualifications
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in software/ERP/SaaS sales preferred
- Understanding of society/apartment management processes is a plus
- Ability to do field sales and client meetings
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience selling to RWAs / housing societies
- Knowledge of property management or real estate domain
- Prior experience in ERP or SaaS product sales
