Established modestly in 1992, Srishti, embodying its name as a Creator, embarked on its journey in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. The initial focus ranged from Static Billboards, In-store Branding, Expressway signages to Digital signages within controlled transit media environments.

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi and Kolkata
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Developing new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Sales Pitching: Preparing and presenting customized advertising proposals and media kits tailored to client objectives.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and advertising agencies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating pricing, ad placement, and contract terms to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Campaign Management: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely ad delivery, scheduling, and tracking performance.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 - 5 years of experience in the same industry preferred.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Sales Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Any, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is commonly required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Media buying and planning.
