Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Real Estate, based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, building and managing client relationships, recruiting, mentoring and managing a team of sales associates, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and ensuring aggressive age targets are met. Additional duties include overseeing all stages of the sales process, implementing sales strategies, and preparing performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in Real Estate market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in team recruitment, management, and mentorship to achieve sales objectives
- Proficiency in planning and implementing high-impact sales strategies and campaigns
- Data-driven approach to performance analysis and reporting
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
