Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives while leading a team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. Daily responsibilities include managing sales operations, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, strategizing for customer acquisition, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also mentor sales team members to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
