We are hiring a Sales Executive at SOULSARA.
This is for someone who has sold services for at least 4 years and is ready to sell something that is genuinely defining a new category.

We go far beyond traditional EAPs, delivering science-backed outcomes powered by proprietary psychometric profiling, patented ImmersiveCARE™ therapeutic interventions, and proven results. We do not just support employees in crisis. We give CHROs the intelligence to predict, prevent, and prove workforce performance.

The role B2B sales of SOULSARA's WPI programmes to corporate clients across Karnataka and Maharashtra. Based out of our Belgaum office. Hybrid, 4 days in-office.
You are right for this role if:
✔ You have 4+ years of pure sales experience, services background
✔ You have sold to CHROs or HR leadership before
✔ EAP, HR Tech, L&D, or workplace wellness sales is a strong plus
✔ You can hold a discovery conversation with a CHRO without flinching
✔ You understand consultative selling, not pitch-and-pray
Compensation (transparent, no games):
- Fixed monthly salary plus high incentives on every deal closed
- Bonuses on exceeding quarterly targets
- Renewal bonuses on retained clients
- No commission cap
Indicative annual CTC for performers who hit and exceed targets: ₹10–14 lakhs
Strong sales people do very well here. The structure rewards consistency and effort, and the upside is genuinely uncapped.
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve contacting leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional post-sale customer support. The role also includes market research to identify new opportunities, preparing and delivering reports to management, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education
MBA (Marketing/Sales) or BBA preferred
Any graduation 4+ years proven sales track record acceptable
