Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gangtok. The Sales Executive will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify and contact potential customers, and achieve sales targets. The responsibilities include representing the company's product portfolio, providing insights to customers, negotiating contracts, and participating in market research to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, the role involves regular site visits to clients and engaging in activities to expand the customer base within the region.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of the food service and hospitality industry, especially within the HoReCa sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and identifying emerging industry trends
- Strong organizational abilities with an emphasis on meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work on-site in Gangtok and visit clients regularly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or food distribution is a strong advantage
