About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, with a preference for candidates from the Solar industry. Candidates from other industries with basic knowledge of solar systems (BOQ, types of solar solutions, etc.) and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
This role requires a high level of confidence, determination and commitment to building expertise in the solar sector while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and engage potential customers for solar solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and BOQs as per client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 year of experience in sales (Solar industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Solar energy solutions, including BOQ, Components of Solar system, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude.
- High confidence, determination and eagerness to learn and grow within the solar industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
