Role Description
This is a full-time role in Rajasthan for multiple Sales & Customer Acquisition Executives at Softtech Solar Solutions.
The role involves:
• Identifying and generating new residential and commercial solar leads
• Meeting clients to understand power requirements and explaining and educating them solar ROI benefits
• Preparing proposals and closing deals
• Managing customer relationships from first contact to installation coordination
• Maintaining pipeline records and tracking performance
• Working closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
This role is performance-driven and offers strong growth opportunities within a fast-scaling renewable energy company. This role is paid internship- pay terms decided when hiring and performance
Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate and convert leads
• Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn
• Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
