About Social Mosquitoes
Social Mosquitoes is a Noida-based social media marketing agency. We're a small, fast team that builds brands online with strategy, content, design, video, and ads under one roof. You won't be a cog here; you'll own your work end to end and see it go live.
The Role
You'll bring in the brands we get to build. Every client we sign, you made happen. This is a full-time, work-from-office role at Gaur City Centre, Noida Extension.
What you'll do:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Pitch our social media marketing services on calls and in meetings. Prepare proposals and follow up until deals close. Own your pipeline from first touch to signed client. Work toward monthly meeting and revenue targets.
What we're looking for:
0-1 year of experience; freshers welcome, hunger matters more than history. Excellent spoken English and Hindi, confident on phone calls. Not afraid of cold outreach, rejection, or disciplined follow-up. Basic understanding of social media marketing, or the drive to learn it fast. Graduate in any stream.
Compensation:
₹3-4 LPA fixed + performance incentives on closed revenue. The more you close, the more you earn.
Working days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
