Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Smarkupp Studios’ digital marketing and creative solutions to prospective clients. They will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals, pricing options, and customized service packages. The role involves maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM tools, and collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or creative services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and explain services such as digital marketing, SEO, web/app development, content production, and brand strategy in clear business terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, email platforms).
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem and current trends in online branding and growth is a strong plus.
