We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue through banquet bookings, corporate tie-ups, and event sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into bookings for rooms, banquets, and events
Identify and approach corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase hotel facilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of events
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality preferred)
1–3 years of experience in hotel sales / banquet sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good networking and client-handling ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Self-motivated and target-driven
