Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Sales Engineers to support the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry interactions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals for products and services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial data.
- Ensure product availability for client demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, sales events, and training programs to stay updated with industry developments.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns or objections professionally.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in BBA, BE, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical), or MBA in Marketing.
Experience
- 0 – 6 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to clients.
