Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to drive field sales for our industrial automation software portfolio. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle and working closely with technical and marketing teams.
Qualification
Bachelors Of Engineering
Experience Required
• 1–2 years of B2B sales or field sales experience
• Exposure to industrial or technology solutions preferred
Key Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Lead generation and prospecting
• Customer-centric selling approach
• Willingness to learn automation software
Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through field activities and marketing support
• Present automation software solutions to customers
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Coordinate with technical teams for demos and proposals
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
• Support marketing events and campaigns

Location & Travel
• Location: Navi Mumbai
• Travel: Extensive field travel
