Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Varanasi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing presentations, conducting client meetings, managing the sales pipeline, and providing after-sales support. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including business development and achieving sales targets
- Client Relationship Management capabilities to build and sustain long-term business relationships
- Market Research and Analysis skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Strong Communication and Presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
