Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, making sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the company's commitment to energy savings and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, climatization projects, and energy-saving solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with clients in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the industrial HVAC sector or similar industries is an advantage
