Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Barabanki. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, managing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at trade shows or industry events.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Market analysis and research expertise to identify new opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships
- Proficiency in business development and account management
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience in the rice or food export industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
