Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Architect Segment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive business
growth through architect and influencer engagement. The role focuses on specification
selling, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants, and
ensuring product inclusion in upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Influencer Engagement:
 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and
consultants
 Promote company products for project specifications in residential, commercial, and
infrastructure projects
 Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training sessions
 Regularly visit architect firms to generate leads and build brand visibility

Specification & Project Management:
 Track project pipelines through architects and consultants
 Ensure conversion of specifications into actual business
 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
 Provide technical and commercial support during project lifecycle
Market Development:
 Identify new opportunities through architect networks
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new projects
 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
Reporting & Coordination:
 Maintain records of meetings, leads, and project updates
 Share regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback
 Work closely with internal departments (sales, marketing, logistics)

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field
 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / specification selling
 Experience working with architects and interior designers is mandatory
 Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
 Ability to understand technical product requirements
 Willingness to travel within assigned territory
