Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting Shft-In's co-living solutions, and driving sales to meet established targets. Tasks include networking, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver tailored presentations to a diverse customer base.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in communication tools, CRM software, and basic digital platforms
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Understanding of the property rental market or prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Prior experience in a client-facing or business development role
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
