We’re Hiring – Sales Executive | Solar Project Sales
Shasha Solar Power Private Limited is expanding its project sales team in Coimbatore.
We are looking for energetic and responsible candidates for the position of Sales Executive to support our residential, commercial, and industrial solar project sales.
The selected candidate will handle the complete customer sales journey — from lead calling, customer qualification, site survey coordination, proposal discussion, follow-up, negotiation, and order closure.

Location: Singanallur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–2 Years
Education: Any Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: Solar EPC / Renewable Energy
Key Responsibilities:
Handle solar project enquiries from initial customer contact to order closure.
Explain solar savings, ROI, product quality, warranty, and installation process.
Coordinate site survey appointments and support proposal discussions.
Follow up with customers, handle objections, and close orders.
Update CRM / sales tracker and support smooth handover to operations.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from Solar, Electrical, Construction, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Automobile Sales, Field Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support background will be preferred.
