Role: Sales / Business Development
Location: On-site
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives (to be compensated as per profile)
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation & cold outreach
• Connect with founders, startups & MSMEs
• Onboard businesses profiles to the SharkIT platform
• Conduct platform demos
• Build relationships with founders & investors
• Drive user & business acquisition
*Ideal candidate:*
Strong communication & sales skills
Confident with calls, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn outreach
Sales/BD experience preferred
Self-motivated & target-oriented
Startup experience is a plus
