Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions to align with client needs. The individual will also collaborate closely with the internal team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and ability to identify customer needs
- Problem-solving and presentation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
