Role Description
This full-time on-site Sales Executive role is based in Pune Division. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing client relationships. Your daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting client consultations, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. You will collaborate with the management team to drive revenue growth and actively contribute to business development strategies. Additionally, you will maintain regular follow-ups with clients, address inquiries, and act as a brand ambassador representing the values and vision of Shadows.Fit.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise and the ability to maintain lasting client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle is highly advantageous
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
