Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain Shadanga's services and courses, schedule appointments, and convert enquiries into consultations, treatments, wellness programs, and course enrolments.
Key Responsibility
- Contact leads generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, campaigns, and referrals.
- Explain Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma therapies, wellness programs, products, and academy courses.
- Convert enquiries into appointments, package bookings, and course admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead conversion reports.
Required Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Conversion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, education, or service industry is an advantage.
