We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B pipeline creation and sales strategy.
This role goes beyond basic calling — you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a high-quality sales pipeline for ERP solutions.
💼 What You’ll Do
Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls + follow-ups)
Connect with business owners, founders, and key decision-makers
Understand business challenges and position Odoo ERP solutions
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Schedule high-intent meetings for the closing team
🎯 Daily Target
3 Qualified Opportunities per day
A qualified opportunity means:
Verified business requirement
Conversation with a decision-maker
Meeting/demo scheduled with our team
💰 Performance & Weekly Payout
100% target achieved: Full payout
80%+ target achieved: 60% payout
Below 80%: Performance review with structured support

👤 Who Should Apply
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales/BD
Strong communication, persuasion & listening skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
