Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business leads, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing product recommendations, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving company objectives. The role requires regular interaction with clients, market research, and proactive engagement to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, client acquisition, and cultivating long-term customer relationships
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of Market Research and Analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Organizational and Time-Management skills to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines effectively
- Familiarity with the industry and understanding of product offerings (experience in raw materials or related fields is an advantage)
- Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools relevant to sales operations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
