Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Executive located in Patna. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building relationships, and understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate IT solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires proactive communication, collaboration with internal teams, and effective follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in sales strategy, customer engagement, and business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT-related services, including ERP systems, CRM solutions, and digital marketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic data analysis for customer insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
- Previous experience or knowledge in IT solutions sales and customer support is a plus
