Role: Inside Sales Executive - SolidWorks

Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Sales & Business Growth: Proactively engage in selling SolidWorks software to both new and existing customers. Execute sales initiatives, including cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline management, to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Ø Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with engineers and decision-makers to present SolidWorks solutions tailored to their specific needs. Conduct in-depth discussions with technical teams and management to identify areas for process optimization.
Ø Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industry events. Expand the client portfolio by upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Ø Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies within the assigned territory. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure goal alignment and business growth.
Ø Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and current clients. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical support, inside sales, and marketing, to enhance customer success and maximize sales potential.
Ø Reporting & Documentation: Maintain high ethical business standards by ensuring timely reporting and detailed documentation. Provide comprehensive monthly forecasts and sales reports to management.
