Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Executive based in Pune City. The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, promoting the company’s services, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to drive sales strategies. Daily tasks include client meetings, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing: Strong skills in sales, marketing, and business development to effectively promote and sell services.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and developing strategic sales plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring sustained business growth.
- Problem Solving and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills to address challenges and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
