Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Mumbai and Bangalore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting Ryder Lines' offerings. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Description: Sales Executive
Meet Consignees, Custom House Agents, Freight Forwarders, and Shipping Lines to generate import, LCL import, and export business for the CFS.
Build brand awareness among prospects, trade partners, and customers.
Develop SOPs for customized products at the operational level and ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare weekly sales reports and develop short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Follow up with existing customers to increase business by analyzing volume fluctuations fortnightly.
Perform up-selling and cross-selling of services such as:
- CFS,Empty Container Depot,Bonded Warehousing,General Warehousing,Liaise, monitor, and ensure smooth operations for accounts handled while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
