Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and implementing go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and executing business plans to drive revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on building brand presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and sales forecasting
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and achieve sales targets
- Understanding of the FMCG industry and experience working with snacks or packaged food & personal care markets is a plus
- Proficiency in local language and knowledge of the Coimbatore market is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
