Position: Automotive Sales Specialist
📍 Location: Kochi
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
ROLE SUMMARY
As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right vehicle solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building long-term customer relationships.

• Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Building strong customer trust and repeat business
• Providing excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery
• Maintaining strong product knowledge of vehicles and features
HOW THIS ROLE FITS INTO THE ORGANIZATION
This role is at the core of business growth. You directly impact revenue, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team to convert leads into loyal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with potential customers and understand their requirements
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs and budget
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features clearly
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain customer database and update sales records
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery process
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
Education:
• Any Degree / Diploma
Experience:
• Freshers can apply
• 0–2 years in sales (automotive preferred)
Additional:
• Passion for cars is a big plus
