Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will focus on achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and presenting solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also includes negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other teams to achieve sales goals is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Sales acumen with skills in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market trends and customer needs
- Time management, goal-setting, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the electric vehicle or sustainable solutions sector is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role is highly desirable
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach to work
