Role Description
Ridgetop is looking for a dynamic sales professional for a full-time role for their consumables supplies division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities at various dental clinics for consumable supplies and building client relationships. Daily tasks will involve promoting consumables like Pidilite-Wizdent, Geistlich etc, meeting sales targets, schedule appointments and meet dentists and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with consumable manufacturing companies and various stockists to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop competitive strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with oral healthcare services or the healthcare industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
