Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Daily responsibilities include client relationship management, property tours, market trend analysis, and assisting with negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide insight-driven recommendations tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Market Trends, including luxury and commercial properties
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis and identify investment opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in high-value transactions and investment strategy is a plus
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields, are advantageous
